A rare piece of memorabilia from Hip Hop's Golden era; an uncirculated 1989 Eazy-E & N.W.A. “Eazy Duz It” Tour Backstage Staff Pass, professionally authenticated and graded Mint 9 by PSA.
Eric “Eazy-E” Wright was a pivotal architect of West Coast hip hop, co-founding N.W.A and using his label Ruthless Records to launch the careers of multiple iconic voices in music, including Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, The D.O.C., Bone Thugs & Harmony and The Black Eyed Peas. His solo debut album Eazy-Duz-It was released just months after NWA's groundbreaking Straight Outta Compton on November 22, 1988. Despite a lack of commercial radio support the album resonated in the underground scene, achieving double platinum status by 1992 powered by singles "We Want Eazy" and "Eazy-er Said Than Dun." The Eazy-Duz-It tour took place in 1989, supported by NWA across the United States. Eazy's distinctive sound, raw lyrics and performances made him an undeniable presence in Hip Hop.
This unused adhesive backed backstage pass bears the T-Bird Entertainment Printing Graphics makers mark on the back. Event credentials like this were typically produced in low numbers, with strict distribution, as they granted exclusive access to highly controlled areas during production.
This Staff pass in a striking Red ink was issued to crew members working the Eazy-Duz-It tour dates. At 37 years old, this piece is a rare find, even more so in exceptional condition. Inspected by Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), this has been graded Mint 9, with an ultra low population of 1.
This surviving artifact from Hip Hop's Golden Era commemorates one of the influential periods of the West Coast sound and the sub genre of Gangsta rap.
The badge is presented in a welded hard plastic encapsulation case, labeled with its official grade and certification number.

Condition Report
Graded 9 Mint. The welded plastic encapsulation sleeve exhibits a light pattern called Newton's Rings. This is a purely cosmetic effect of the plastic. PSA confirms this is a harmless optical illusion, not moisture or damage, and assures collectors that the card is properly encapsulated and protected. Newton's Rings occur when two clear plastic surfaces—such as the inner protective sleeve and the PSA holder—touch and cause a light interference pattern visible as rings or bands. This effect is common when a card is thin or smaller, requiring an insert sleeve to prevent movement inside the holder. The exterior surface of the slab has faint surface wear, including light marks and scuffs.
